Probuild was founded in 2010 by its
current owners specifically to avoid the fragmentation of the Planning, Architectural Design
and Build Process.
As more of our clients have enjoyed the incorporation of all the processes under one roof, so it has become more popular and the Team at the Probuild Studio in Oxted has grown.
Probuild’s successful formula also allows
us to draw on the expertise of Specialists such as Planning Consultants, Land
Surveyors and Listed Building Professionals.

Where We Work
Probuild are based in Oxted, Surrey. Our High Street studio is located next to Oxted station offering easy access to London, with fast trains every half hour.
We specialise in extension and remodelling projects and work across London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex, specifically Woldingham, Sevenoaks, Reigate, Caterham, Purley and Croydon.
