Probuild offers a unique holistic architectural design and building service - integrating architectural, planning and construction expertise from the outset.

We specialise in extensions, remodelling projects and new builds and offer our architectural design and building services across London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

FREE Site Visit

Your initial consultation with us is free and facilitates a deep understanding for your requirements, and the potential that your property has. We will provide advice on architectural design, planning opportunities, feasibility of the project within your budget, and will offer a detailed, no obligation fee quote.

Measured Survey of Your Project

Once we have received your instructions to go ahead, we will arrange a measured survey, usually carried out by our Architectural Technologists. This results in accurate architectural CAD plans & elevations of the existing, from which we develop your concept design drawings.

Design Visit / Briefing Meeting

Upon completing the plans of existing, we undergo a Design Meeting where we will discuss your aspirations, the alternatives and create a design brief in much more detail.

Drafting Your Project Designs

We will then create several designs, so you can fully understand/visualise the options, with floor plan layouts, including the alterations as required.

We offer a 3D architectural design option to help you fully understand what we are proposing and help you make vital decisions about how your project will look.

Presentation Meeting

Once we have completed the design options, our Senior Architectural Designer and Architectural Technologist will again visit you and present the proposed designs. This enables you to pick out the elements you favour, resulting in your UNIQUE design, facilitated by us at Probuild.

Planning Application

Having selected your final design, we prepare the planning application and any other supporting information required by the Local Authority and submit the plans for a Lawful Development Certificate or Planning Permission.

Construction Set Design

Following approval of your planning consents, we will start the technical Construction Set, including Building Regulations and Structural Engineering design & calculations. The construction set specifies full details – materials, plumbing, light fittings, floor types, electrics and more!
